About the tea

Grown on the mist-held slopes of Wudong, this Dan Cong is picked from single bushes and finished by hand over low charcoal. The withering is long and patient; the roast is restrained, kept just far enough back to let the orchid aroma stay forward rather than be folded into smoke.
